	Before the start of a project, meetings are arranged to discuss your project. We will try to answer your questions and together create a design that will comply with our local building codes and your budget. Then, digital pictures are taken before construction, and continue to be taken throughout the process until completion. Not only does this give you a detailed catalogue of what work was done, but it allows us to have a record of past projects we can show you as a portfolio when we meet.


	We enjoy any challenge that you want to take on with us! As general contractors, we manage the whole project. We take care of permits, ordering materials and coordinating the schedules of all the trades required for your renovation. We employ growing, efficient carpenters, office support staff and a design consultant. We do consultations and designs, demolition, drywall, taping and painting, siding, finish work and more all in-house. For other specialized parts of the project, we use qualified, insured subcontractors such as plumbers, electricians and flooring installers.
