Our Renovation Process
Everyone who has ever experienced the renovation process knows all about the complexity and the detailed decisions that have to be made to have that home makeover. But most other don’t always know just where to start and can be very overwhelmed. J.A.B.A. Construction makes it simple.
Note: Digital pictures are taken before, during and after project completion to create a detailed catalogue of the work that is done. With permission, the photos may be used for promotional use and presented to future clients as part of our portfolio or submitted in award applications.
STEP 1 – Initial meeting
Before commencement of any project, we focus on the client’s needs and requirements. We learn about each individual client to ensure that the renovation project meets their standards and lifestyle, answer questions and make suggestions. Together , we work as a team with our clients and design professionals to create a design that will comply with the building codes and your budget.
STEP 2 – Design and Budgeting
Design and Budgeting: Once the architectural drawings/designs and project quote are accepted by the client, we enter the project preparation stage. During this time, we will search for necessary plan approvals from municipalities as well as organize schedules and material suppliers.
STEP 3 – Communication and Project Completion
We know that consistent communication is key throughout all phases of the project. Weekly interoffice scheduling meetings keep our management team informed of the progress of your project and open communication with our clients allows our team to discuss project progress and address issues immediately. We only consider a project finished when the client signs off the project as complete with no deficiencies and to their satisfaction.
