Interior & Exterior Renovations“We live in a beautiful heritage house, built in 1912. We love this house and feel strongly about trying to maintain the integrity of the period and style of the home. That said, of course presents many unique problems not encountered by the modern home owner when renovations are undertaken.
We contacted a number of contractors and asked for estimates and ideas. We eventually chose J.A.B.A. Construction because of Dave Anderchek’s obvious interest in staying true to the heritage aspect, his attention to the detail the job would entail, and his obvious enthusiasm to tackle an out of the ordinary job that many just weren’t interested in. A number of people we consulted felt that the job was just too difficult, if not impossible, but Dave was determined that the job could be done and done well.

Dave was able to recreate the window and door trims of the old part of the house to give the new addition a strong architectural connection to the existing 1930′s infrastructure.
